Widely regarded in the SAP technology world as a “magician,” Dilendra Shirdhankar is recognised for his unmatched programming expertise and ability to solve even the most complex SAP challenges. As Co-Founder and Head of Technology Practice at TechWit, he is responsible for overseeing technical delivery, developing SAP competencies, managing India operations, and mentoring the next generation of SAP talent.

With more than 25 years of experience in SAP consulting and technology delivery, Dilendra has worked with leading organisations including Ispat (now JSW), Siemens, and Invenio. His career spans industries such as manufacturing, media, public sector, and hospitality, where he has consistently delivered large-scale transformation programs.

Beyond technology, Dilendra is passionate about giving back to society. Coming from a farming background, he values staying close to nature and is deeply committed to humanitarian causes. He co-founded the Utkarsh Foundation, which provides free SAP training and career opportunities for individuals from rural and underserved communities helping to build sustainable livelihoods through digital skills.
